    Jacki is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience as a school social worker.

    With a strong educational background, Jacki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Huntington University and a Masters in Social Work from Aurora University. Additionally, she is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence and ongoing growth in her field.

    Jacki's expertise lies in intentional practices and student-centered learning. She designs and delivers dynamic workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs that address key areas such as adolescent development, effective communication, and creating a positive school climate. She also provides valuable guidance on topics including mental health support, social-emotional learning, and fostering inclusive environments.

    Through her extensive experience and deep understanding of the challenges faced by parents, adolescents, and educators, Jacki empowers professionals to make a lasting impact on students' lives.

  • Jim Walter, M.Ed., Certified Superintendent

    Jim is an experienced leader with over 28 years of experience in education. He has dedicated his career to helping others grow and succeed, with 21 years in leadership roles and 7 years in executive leadership positions. Jim holds an MEd in Education Leadership, which he leverages to help organizations improve their leadership development programs.

    Jim is certified in a variety of tools and frameworks that enable him to help individuals and teams maximize their potential. He is trained in the 6 Types of Working Genius, Kolbe, Kolbe Youth Advocate, EQi 2.0 & 360, Everything DiSC, and The 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. With this expertise, Jim can provide comprehensive assessments, training, and coaching to individuals and teams to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance.

    Throughout his career, Jim has been passionate about mentoring others in leadership, particularly in the executive leadership arena. He understands the challenges that leaders face and is committed to helping them navigate complex organizational dynamics to drive growth and success. With his extensive experience in public education and leadership, Jim brings a unique perspective to the table and has a proven track record of helping organizations achieve their goals.

    Sebastian provides clients with coaching in relationship building, trust, and empowerment. His eighteen years of experience make him an expert in mentoring, social/emotional growth, problem solving, comprehensive assessments, and leading others.

    Sebastian holds a master’s degree in social work and has completed several leadership programs. He also serves on the board of a foundation where he reviews grants, assesses needs, and implements ideas.

    Sebastian finds balance in his life by prioritizing his family. He loves coaching his four active kids in sports and observing their creativity in art and dance. He and his wife enjoy vacations and the family bonds over lively dinner table conversation.
