Facilitated Team Training
Dare to Lead & Daring Classrooms
for Schools
We believe everyone is a leader AND who we are is how we lead. This workshop equips your team with the tools to cultivate braver, more daring leaders, and teaches you how to embed the value of courage in your culture.
Dare to Lead for Schools empowers educators and school leaders to create daring classrooms that foster courage, vulnerability, values, trust, and resiliency. Developed by renowned researcher and speaker Dr. Brené Brown, this transformative curriculum enables you to inspire and empower your students through courageous teaching and leadership.
The curriculum is an empirically based courage-building program based on the most significant findings from Dr. Brown’s latest research which points to the fact that courage is a collection of four teachable, measurable, and observable skill sets.

Through Dare to Lead, I gained a deep understanding of the power of vulnerability in courageous leadership and how it fosters authentic connections. This program has empowered me to cultivate self-awareness, shed the barriers that hindered meaningful connections, and embrace vulnerability as a strength. By applying the four skill sets of courage, I have been able to foster courageous conversations, build trust, and create a safe and empowering school culture. Dare to Lead has not only enhanced my leadership abilities but has also positively influenced our entire school community.
