  • Finding your voice and values

  • Moving from words to action

  • Looking forward

  • Enlisting others

  • Seizing opportunities and rising to challenges

  • Smart risk-taking and resilience

  • Building and empowering your team

  • Developing a community

  • Many more!

Why a cohort?

School leadership can feel isolating.

The cohort model allows leaders in similar roles at different schools the opportunity to come together, share experiences, and provide peer support.

Leaders learn from one another.

With everyone trying out the same new skills in different arenas, there are incredible opportunities to learn from each other’s challenges and successes.

It’s fun!

It’s refreshing to spend time learning with and from other people who share a passion for leading their schools well!

All the details…

  • Cohorts begin in September and run through May

  • Meet with same cohort for full school year
